Mitra's full-time training staff accomplishes set-up, installation, and training onsite
and/or via online seminar sessions using WebX. Ongoing support and refresher courses on
the existing system or software upgrades is available through our Service and
Maintenance outlined below.
Service & Maintenance Contracts
Mitra's generous Service and Maintenance contracts include:
- Upgrades of ActivityTrack™ Software
- Refresher courses on the existing system and updates on new software upgrades
- Barcode sheet(s) changes up to four per year
- Unlimited e-mail questions with responses within 24 hours
- Up to four issue calls per month
- Additional year warranty on ActivityTrack™ terminals
- Additional year warranty on printer/encoder
- Other services, as required
