NO PC? No problem!
Mitra International's flagship terminal is rugged, durable and can store up to 3,000 individual records on floppy disk. Its small footprint and range of abilities offer an ideal access control solution for areas where a PC is not needed or accessible. It is truly "plug-and-play" and is available in desktop, pole- and wall-mount models. IDDetective™ has its own keypad, is menu driven and various models include different features and benefits. Floppy disk data is easily imported into spreadsheet software.

IDDetective™ - Input/Output & Report Printing Capabilities

IDDetective™ is a unique data capture device that collects information from any encoded/machinereadable identification document or card. Quickly append additional data by simply connecting an external scanner or keyboard to the primary IDD unit.

Some Examples:

1) Data fields captured from drivers’ licenses can include:

Last Name First Name Mailing Address Residential Address Unique Customer ID Class Restriction Endorsement Height ft-in Eye color Hair color Expire Date Birth Date Gender Etc.

PLEASE NOTE: States have varying rules regarding what can or cannot be read and captured from encoded driversí licenses. Please be sure to check your state's regulations. Also, privacy laws allow only for the permitted or primary intended use of captured data.
For example: The data may not be used for marketing without permission.

2) By attaching an external scanner, you can read data fields from a motor vehicle registration such as:

VIN Number Vehicle Make Year Manufactured Vehicle Color Vehicle Weight License Plate # Issue Date Expiration Date

3) You can also scan a destination barcode.



OR Manually enter data through an attached keyboard (1) or through the primary IDDetective™ keypad (2).

4) All the data collected into battery-backed memory can be output based on your desired parameters. For example:

• a. LCD screen
• b. Serial connection to a PC
• c. Floppy disk
• d. Printer (Receipt, Parking Sticker, Visitor Pass, Airline Luggage Tag, Facility Pass (paper or adhesive)
